Q:  What does an interior project involve?
A:  An interior project has a sequence of steps, as follows:
  • Move furniture to the center of the space
  • Cover and protect personal property and flooring
  • Fill all imperfections in the painting surfaces
  • Prime the painting surfaces
  • Caulk cracks and gaps between the trim and the main surface
  • Apply paint/stain as defined in the contract
